Function and aesthetics restored to the treated tooth.

“Treating a baby tooth with a restoration is more than repairing a cavity. It is preserving space and protecting the future of the child's smile.”
Dra. Filipa Fernandes
Dental Restoration
Children's dental restorations are fundamental treatments to restore health, function and aesthetics to baby teeth affected by cavities or small fractures.
By preserving the tooth until its natural loss, we avoid pain, infections and early losses that could compromise the correct alignment and development of the permanent dentition.

Dental Restoration at GSC Dental Clinic
At Gambelas Smile Clinic, every procedure is carried out quickly, painlessly and safely, by paediatric dentists who combine experience and empathy.
The initial assessment, the use of gentle anaesthesia and the application of biocompatible materials guarantee absolute comfort and lasting results.
More than repairing a tooth, restoration protects the future of the child's smile, ensuring correct chewing, as well as prevention of complications and confidence for parents and children.
A simple but essential care for preserving oral health and quality of life.
How the Dental Restoration treatment works

Initial assessment
Identification of the cavity or fracture through clinical exam and, if necessary, digital radiography.
Gentle local anaesthesia
Applied only when necessary, to guarantee absolute comfort.
Removal of the lesion
The decayed tissue is carefully removed, without affecting the healthy structure.
Filling
Placement of biocompatible material that restores shape and function to the tooth.
Polishing
Final finishing to ensure comfort when chewing and natural aesthetics.
